Tribal Art Event on March 30, 2019

We featured art from Gujarat, Orissa, and Maharashtra mainly Kutchi, Pattachitra, Warli, and Gond art objects. We had great audience participation. Highlights included a Warli art workshop and a beautiful Odissi Dance. We appreciate TV69 news featuring a live interview about the show and also visiting the venue and covering us in the 10:00 pm news.

 Organizers of Indian tribal event look to unite all cultures

Holi (Spring color event) and Bhangra dance at the Allentown Art Museum on April 18, 2019-A Third Thursday event

Saara Arts hosted a spring color/high energy Bhangra dance at the Allentown art Museum. The Pennsylvania Bhangra Club demonstrated Bhangra moves along with a traditional Dhol (Drum) player. It was a warm sunny day and a perfect time to celebrate spring with an abundance of dance, music, and color!
